Sport Karate

Sparring with both hands and feet, competitors focus on first-point(s) rounds. We build effective fighters through advanced footwork and devastating combinations exclusive to fights which are stopped and reset after a point is scored.

Taekwondo

Sparring competitors in Taekwondo experience timed rounds using only kicks to score points which are accumulatively scored without stopping the fight. Due to this continuous nature, our Taekwondo fighters strengthen their ability through impenetrable kicking defenses and endurance.
